Any products sold by Klip Keeper are intended to be used by persons 18 or older. Keep out of reach of children. Any person using any product purchased from Klip Keeper assumes personal responsibility for any and all damages or injuries of any kind which may result from its use. It is the user’s responsibility to use, inspect, and replace any product sold by Klip Keeper in a manner that will not cause harm to themselves or anyone else. 

By purchasing products from Klip Keeper the customer acknowledges the potential risks involved with the use of these products and further agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, protect and defend Klip Keeper against any incident or action involving the products purchased.

Klip Keeper products are exquisitely handmade, one piece at a time, using natural made products. Designs will have subtle variations from one piece to the next due to materials and handcrafting. Even though we have the most attentive quality testers that make every effort to create only the best, there may be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as defects or flaws. These are what make each handmade product unique. The pictures will not be identical to the product you receive. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, no liability is accepted for any perceived variations between website depiction and actual product. No two items are identical.

All of our products are handmade individually so lead times can vary. Our lead times are generally one to three days, subject to the quantity of orders we have. Klip Keeper will normally ship products within these lead times, however as all products are handmade this may be extended at our discretion. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific event or date.

Due to a number of factors such as glass and plastic manufacturing, boring and branding of the cork, heat processing, priming, painting etc., distortions of our products cannot be considered a defect of the final unit. Glass, Plastic, Hemp, Bee's Wax, & natural cork all have prevalent characteristics such as slight discolorations, blurs, bubbles, chips and scratches. Our protective coating will be the standard sealant used by Klip Keeper. The sealant, upon inspection, will be free of air bubbles or other aspects which would effect the overall performance of the product. Some slight variations in color may occur; however, this is a normal occurrence in the mixing process of the base and the catalyst and is acceptable. Paint is also very divergent. Especially with custom paint there are many variations and factors beyond our control. Other variations might also occur but shouldn't be considered a defect or flaw. Each product is rigorously tested and inspected before it's put on our shelf and inspected again before any delivery. 

Should you have a question or complaint about a product we provide, please contact us as soon as possible. If a mistake has been made with an order, at our discretion we will replace the product at no additional expense to the customer. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, for any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is the customer's responsibility to check all products received carefully, and report any problems immediately.
